1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the appliance repair and maintenance services provided by Siant Misr ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent appliance repair company operating in Egypt. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Our Services
Siant Misr provides independent appliance repair and maintenance services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to any appliance manufacturer. We service appliances from multiple manufacturers across Egypt.
Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, dishwashers, dryers, ovens, water heaters, and freezers.
3. Booking and Cancellation
You can book our services by calling 01151819992, sending a WhatsApp message, or completing our online booking form. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- If our technician arrives and you are not available, a no-show fee may apply
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- Diagnostic Fee: A fee is charged for diagnosing the appliance problem. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
- Repair Cost: We provide a transparent quote before beginning any repair work. The quote includes labor and parts.
- Additional Charges: Any additional work or parts required beyond the initial quote will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and mobile payment methods.
5. Warranty and Guarantee
All our repair work comes with a service guarantee:
- Labor Guarantee: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.
- Parts Warranty: Replacement parts carry a 90-day warranty against defects.
- If the same issue recurs within the guarantee period due to our workmanship or a defective part, we will repair it at no additional charge.
- The guarantee does not cover new or unrelated issues, damage caused by misuse, or problems resulting from power surges or natural disasters.
6. Limitation of Liability
Siant Misr is an independent repair service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your appliance
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee that repairs will restore your appliance to manufacturer specifications
- We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
